In 2009, CBS Studios International in a joint venture deal with Chellomedia launched CBS-branded channels to replace the Chello Zone group of channels in the UK. CBS Reality has as its main staple reality shows such as 'Judge Judy', 'The Jerry Springer Show' and 'Crossing over with John Edward'.

In Summer 2011, the channel's idents were refreshed with new animations retaining the established CBS-style.
