Extra : The Royal Wedding on ITV1
On Friday 29th April 2011 at 11am, HRH Prince William of Wales and Miss Catherine Middleton were married in Westminster Abbey, London. ITV began the day's coverage with Daybreak followed by a handover to the main ITV presenting team at around 8.25am.
A special set of titles commemorating the marriage opened Daybreak and were used on the hour.

At around 8.25am, Daybreak handed over to the main ITV1 presenting team headed by Phillip Schofield and Julie Etchingham in their informal studio outside Buckingham Palace.
