It was originally believed that all Comedy Central's channels would receive these new idents on 1st July 2011. However, even though a small selection was broadcast on Comedy Central itself on 29th June, it wasn't until mid-July that they went into full-time use - but only on Comedy Central Extra.

It can be seen that there would have been two sets - one with and one without the 'Extra' tag - that could have possibly allowed for seperate sets for each channel, but in the eventuality, they are all in use on the one channel - at present.
