BBC TWO : 2007 Miscellaneous Presentation
BBC TWO's standard trailer graphics, but with an added 'New Series' banner.
Whilst teal is the usual colour for BBC TWO's presentation, the channel often uses other colours and backgrounds for its trailers.
This trailer for 'The House of Saddam' is unusual in that the Two logo does not appear, just the box.
Special effort is made for some series - here for the US import 'Heroes'.
In September 2007, the reality show 'The Restaurant' was heavily promoted with this trailer.

And BBC TWO certainly couldn't miss out on having special trailers for 'Torchwood'.
During May 2008, a season of 'back to nature' programming on BBC TWO has its own series of idents, and this related trailer end-cap.
Dragons' Den gets a specially filmed trailer.
As the BBC embraces new technologies, the internet based BBC iPlayer is pushed on trailers.
Also, when the programme is available in high-definition, the BBC HD channel is promoted. Here the symbol rotates from 'Watch in HD' to the 'BBC HD' logo.
On October 4th 2007, BBC TWO launched the 'Thursdays are Funny' comedy strand linked themed presentation. This is an example menu shown during the first evening.
When the strand returned in July 2008, it was renamed as just 'Thursdays' with the menus and trailers suitably tweaked.
In common with all BBC channels, BBC TWO uses ECPs to highlight forthcoming programmes across BBC television and radio. The background for the ECP is usually a still from one of the main idents.

The end credit promotion animation was updated in the Autumn of 2008 with this plainer affair.
