On October 4th 2007, BBC TWO launched the 'Thursdays are Funny' comedy strand linked themed presentation. This is an example menu shown during the first evening.

When the strand returned in July 2008, it was renamed as just 'Thursdays' with the menus and trailers suitably tweaked.

In common with all BBC channels, BBC TWO uses ECPs to highlight forthcoming programmes across BBC television and radio. The background for the ECP is usually a still from one of the main idents.
