BBC ONE : Current Miscellaneous Presentation

Standard trailers have the BBC ONE logo centred on screen throughout, and finish with the circular endboards. This trailer for 'Spooks' had the final animation altered so the circular pattern originated off its usual centre point - and looks better for it.

Many programmes have specially adapted trailers - but keeping to the same theme. Here's the trailer for 'Robin Hood'.

And one for EastEnders.

Menus play an important part in informing viewers of forthcoming programmes. This is the standard menu animation.

An in-programme pointer advertising what's coming next.

Very rarely used are static captions such as this for 'The Nation Lottery People's Quiz'.

In common with all BBC channels, BBC One uses end-credit promotions to highlight forthcoming programmes across BBC television and radio. The background for the ECP is usually a still from one of the main idents.

On Saturday evenings, programmes are introduced by the 'Neon' ident and the trailers between the programmes are linked by these special 'Neon'-themed stings.
